岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for TR Operations, including on-boarding & exit, transfer, retirement management, ER case support, P-file management; contract management; commercial insurance management; welfare management etc.; (45%)
2. Work closely with People team and BU for employee data transaction with accuracy & efficiency; (15%)
3. Be responsible for TR policy execution and employee communication; (15%)
4. Onsite support for Social Security Insurance, Housing Fund, IIT;(10%)
5. Health management in Central Hub; (5%)
6. Expatriate Management; (5%)
7. Other assigned tasks. (5%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least two year HR experience, with experience in MCN company preferred;
3. Proactive with strong sense of responsibility;
4. Good at execution;
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
6. Good verbal and written in English.
