岗位职责:

1. R&D on new technology testing methods, failure analysis, especially on perovskite products.

2. Delve deeply into photovoltaic technologies and market trend, assist developing new services to meet market requirements and to improve market influence.

3. Coordinate with worldwide experts to develop national and international standards.

4. Provide customers with technical and business consulting services on renewable energy product testing and certification.

5. Coordinate and cooperate with team and provide good customer service on testing and certification.

6. Internal staff training and assessment of programs.

7. Ensure customer needs are fulfilled and take responsibility in new testing capability development.

8. Perform various functions assigned by reporting manager with fast response.

任职条件:

1. Minimum PhD in material, chemical or others related to perovskite.

2. Solid theoretical knowledge and at least three years of research experience in photovoltaic material related to perovskite.

3. Strong communication skills, management skills.

4. Good oral and written skills in English and Chinese, German is a plus.

5. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions.

6. Continuous learning and research spirit, willing to withstand pressure
