岗位职责:

Project（70%）

1. Implementing the homologation project according to contract and project plan, which includes:

- Assist the customer to solve the technical issues encountered in the test site;

- Distribute and assign tasks according to project manager's plan;

- Support customer on preparing information document;

- Test, test witness, result analyze, approval application;

2. Provide the professional and satisfied service to client in the project;

3. Following the efficiency-oriented, quality-based project procedure to achieve the productivity and error rate target;

4. Test Laboratory and customer maintenance;

5. Follow the Quality Management Procedure.

Competence (30%)

1. Develop and extend the personal competence and scope;

2. Follow the business line operational procedure.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree of engineering or above;

2. At least 3-5 years' working experience in automotive industry; have the experience of testing is necessary, have experience of the homologation will be plus;

3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

6. Good command of English;

7. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
