岗位职责:

1. Communicate in courteous, effective and proactive manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, clarifying technical matters;

2. Recommend the test items according to the product parameters and prepare the test protocol, also interpret the client's test manual and summary the test specifications into SOP;

3. Trace the update of regulation and standard worldwide;

4. Guide test engineers perform test properly;

5. Work with physical lab to develop new test method if the development request is approved by manager;

6. Prepare for yearly training plan and ensure the implementation, arrange the assessment of the trainees, so as to improve the physical knowhow of toys staffs in effective ways;

7. Organize the training/seminar/vendor workshop according to actual market needs, to enhance the company brand awareness in TIC market;

8. Perform other duties assigned by manager.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in physical or other related subject (physical is preferable);

2. At least 3 years' working experience in physical technical support or related job;

3. Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;

4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and Instructions;

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

8. Good computer skill;

9. Good command of English;

10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
