任职条件:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, computer science, or related fields);
2. Industry Experience: Over 8 years of professional experience in the energy or manufacturing sectors; background in business development or technical sales is preferred;
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively across functions and with external stakeholders;
4. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
5. Personal Attributes: Highly diligent, self-motivated, committed to continuous improvement, and a strong team player;
6. Analytical Thinking: Demonstrates strong logical reasoning and a structured, systematic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
