岗位职责:
1. Business(50%)
- Promote Mobility services under responsibility;
- Setup and follow a business plan regarding product development, resources, service value definition in the section;
- Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing key clients to support the achievement of the order taking target regarding the regular existing client;
- Support sales team to develop new key client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target;
- Identify potential suppliers as our strategy / key business partner;
- Collect and deliver the key market information of gap between TÜV SÜD and competitors, new service stc;
- Setup a quality / efficiency-oriented evaluation system as a KPI basis and monitor on the periodically basis.
2. Project(20%)
- Monitoring the process operation data for deviation identification, communicate with the team on the regular basis and necessary measures adopted for adjustment and minimize the deviation in order to achieve order sales & profit target;
- Provide and / or monitoring the team to provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project.
3. Competence(30%)
- Develop and extend the local competence and scope to achieve the net sales target;
- Contribution in accordance with KMS and GMA instruction;
- Setup and implement the professional on-job training plan.
