岗位职责:

1. Keep related process manuals and documents up-to-date. (15%)

保持相关流程手册及文件的更新。

2. Review and approve audit plan and report. (25%)

审批审核计划与报告。

3. Spot check for audit project, raise and follow up CAPAs where needed to ensure the audit quality. (20%)

对审核项目进行抽查，发起并跟进纠正与预防措施，以确保审核质量。

4. Auditor qualification management and monitoring. (10%)

管理与监督审核员的资质。

5. Collect/Provide the exact data, analysis and monitor the executing offices’ audit performance. (10%)

收集/提供准确的数据，分析并监督各执行办公室的绩效。

6. Support to accreditations maintenance activities. (10%)

协助完成各种审核资质的维护活动。

7. Reply enquiries from all executing offices worldwide and consult with scheme owners. (5%)

回复各执行办公室的咨询以及向审核方案主咨询。

8. Perform other duties assigned by Manager (5%)

完成经理安排的其它工作。

任职条件:

1. University degree or above with 3 years or above working experience.

大学及以上学历，并有3年及以上工作经验。

2. Have relative auditing business background, e.g., the knowledge of ISO quality management system, environmental audits.

有相关审核背景，如内审、ISO质量管理或环境审核相关知识。

3. Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player, good learning capacity.

注重细节、自我激励、独立、团队合作精神强、学习能力强。

4. Good communication, interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力及分析能力。

5. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

英语及普通话口语流利、书面表达能力强。
