岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for testing of assigned battery projects; - 50%

2. Complete testing within lead time and review the test recorder files; - 20%

3. Help Project Engineer and Project Manager manage/co-ordinate the testing; -10%

4. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert's opinions; - 2%

5. Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues; - 2%

6. Self study new standards, knowledge database of intranet; - 10%

7. With authorization / appointment / contract from TÜV SÜD, fulfill relevant technical responsibilities; - 4%

8. Perform other duties assigned by Project Engineer / Project Manager / Department Manager. - 2%

任职条件:

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic or other battery related subject;

2. At least one year working experience in related field; previous experience in battery test is preferred;

3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

8. Good computer skill;

9. Good command of English;

10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
